Unique ID - unique ID assigned to each ticket

Email notification - receive notification email when a new ticket or reply is submitted

Find a ticket - built-in search engine helps you find a ticket using ID, name or email address

Forgot ticket ID - users can request a reminder email for their tickets ID

New ticket page - using an easy to use ticket submission page user can easily submit a ticket
